1. Free Tools
All free tools on Cutcompress are provided at no cost. No refunds are applicable to free services.
2. Custom Tool Development
2.1 Development Phase Refunds
- Before Development Starts: Full refund of deposit if cancelled within 24 hours
- During Development (0-25% completion): 75% refund of total project cost
- During Development (25-50% completion): 50% refund of total project cost
- During Development (50-75% completion): 25% refund of total project cost
- After 75% Completion: No refund, project must be completed
2.2 Post-Delivery Refunds
Once a custom tool is delivered and accepted:
- 7-day warranty for critical bugs
- Bug fixes and minor adjustments are provided free of charge
- No refunds for change requests after delivery
- Additional features requested after delivery are billed separately
2.3 Refund Conditions
Refunds will be processed only if:
- The project cannot be completed as specified
- Critical bugs prevent tool functionality
- Poor communication or delays are due to our team
2.4 Refund Processing
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing
- Refunds are processed within 14 business days
- Original payment method will be credited
- Processing fees (if any) may apply
3. AI Prompts & Digital Products
3.1 Prompt Refund Policy
AI prompts are digital products with immediate delivery. Due to their nature:
- No Refunds: Prompts cannot be refunded once purchased
- Quality Guarantee: All prompts are tested before sale
- Support: We provide free guidance on using your purchased prompts
3.2 Exceptions
Refunds may be issued if:
- The prompt file is corrupted or cannot be accessed
- The prompt does not match the product description
- Payment processing error on our side
3.3 How to Request a Prompt Refund
- Contact support with your order number
- Describe the issue or reason for refund
- Provide proof of purchase
- We will respond within 48 hours
4. Payment Processing Issues
4.1 Duplicate Charges
If you were charged twice for the same order:
- Contact us immediately with transaction details
- We will investigate and refund duplicate charges
- Refunds typically processed within 5-7 business days
4.2 Unauthorized Transactions
If you did not authorize a transaction:
- Report the issue within 30 days
- We will investigate fraud claims
- Full refund will be issued if fraud is confirmed

- Method: Refunds are credited to the original payment method
- Processing Time: 5-14 business days depending on your bank
- Bank Processing: Your bank may take additional time to reflect the credit
